Shipping Schedule & Order Processing

We process orders on business days only (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 – Western Indonesia Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 business days
    (includes 1–2 business days for order handling before dispatch)

Shipping Costs

International Orders

  • Flat International Shipping Rate: USD 90.00

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders over USD 500.00

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout before payment.


Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available nationwide, including remote areas

  • Couriers Used: JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and other reliable domestic partners

Order Tracking

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Handling Fees

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • They are determined by local customs authorities

  • All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer

Nuryadi has no control over, and cannot estimate, these fees.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.


Local Pickup (Indonesia Only)

Customers located in Indonesia may select Local Pickup during checkout (if available).

  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready

  • Pickup instructions and address details will be provided via email


Delivery Issues & Exceptions

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

We will notify you by email.
A reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply for international reshipments.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled
