At Nuryadi, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to customers in Indonesia and international destinations.


Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

❗ Do not return any item without prior authorization.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided only after approval.


Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New and unused condition
    Items must not be used, installed, or show signs of wear or alteration.

  • Original packaging required
    Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.

  • Resale condition
    Items must be in sellable condition after inspection.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification

  • Custom-made or special-order products


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date stated on your invoice.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)


Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Applicable return address

  • Return shipping guidance


Step 3: Prepare & Ship Your Return

  • Securely repackage the item in its original packaging

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • We strongly recommend insuring the shipment


Return Shipping Responsibility

Nuryadi Responsibility

Return shipping is covered by Nuryadi only if the return is due to:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damaged item on arrival

  • Confirmed manufacturing defect

A prepaid return label will be provided in these cases.


Customer Responsibility

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order by customer):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customers may use their own courier or

  • Request a downloadable PDF return label (return label cost will be deducted from the refund)


Return Label Fees

  • Typical return label fees range from USD 15–40, depending on destination

  • The exact fee will be communicated before issuing the label

  • Labels are provided in PDF format


Domestic Returns (Indonesia)

  • Returns must use a trackable local courier (e.g., JNE, J&T, SiCepat)

  • Return labels are not provided for domestic returns unless the return is due to a confirmed Nuryadi error


Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed Nuryadi error.


Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and handling costs.


Reshipping Fee

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the shipment

A reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply for international orders.


International Returns: Duties & Taxes

For international returns:

  • Clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods”

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged to Nuryadi will be deducted from the refund

  • Customers are responsible for accurate customs documentation


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns:

  • Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days

  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

  • Shipping fees for replacement items apply as stated in our Delivery Information


Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection Time: Up to 5 business days after return arrival

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Refund Processing: Within 5 business days after approval

  • Funds Availability: May take 1–2 additional business days depending on your payment provider


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method
