Customers located in Indonesia may select Local Pickup during checkout (if available).
You will receive a notification once your order is ready
Pickup instructions and address details will be provided via email
Delivery Issues & Exceptions
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to collect the package
We will notify you by email.
A reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply for international reshipments.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
